“肢体表达“是一套以自由为基础建立在参与者之间的规则。它能激发每个人即兴和创造的力量，能够利用勇气和力量去接纳和拥抱未知。当肢体的信息发出，你是即兴艺术的创作者更是倾听者。这种完全放松的状态，让你会发现自己肢体的力量。在艺术家的指令下，有相互的合作、有相互的联结，参与者之间与艺术家之间都能建立满满的交流感。

本课程由La Baracca 剧团艺术总监-Andrea进行。课程内容以“肢体表达“体验式工作坊形式进行，以自由创造的理念，让更多的人去发现肢体力量的艺术表现形式。这些方式方法，可以运用在演员、戏剧工作者、教育者和亲子交流的实际过程中，包括：

1.一些关于少儿在剧场观看演出的方式和方法；

2.如何用肢体去接受和传递自己的情感；

3.用一个简单的物品进行训练，学习怎样把它转换成一个简单的姿势或者表情；

4.参与者将被分为几组，共同创作一个微型剧，以此激发大家的想法并互相交流

音乐顽童尤雅和他的斯坦威定制钢琴已经顺利抵达“大鲸鱼剧场”，离正式演出还有两天，这位闲不住的钢琴家已经将他的快乐音乐分享给“大鲸鱼教室”。
当孩子们听到尤雅的演奏时，脸上表情都成了大写的“wOw”，从炫技必弹的《野蜂飞舞》到全体跺脚拍腿打节奏的《在山大王的宫殿》，尤雅展示的不仅是精湛琴技，还有他用音乐创造快乐的魔力。
除了是个会弹琴的大叔，尤雅还是一枚暖男哦，为孩子们搬椅子摆座位，为弹琴的小朋友扶琴谱，还配合初学钢琴的小萝莉四手联弹。
这位50岁的暖男大叔从4岁开始学钢琴，音乐已经成了生活的一部分。他把自己的经历和快乐全都记录在了他的钢琴演奏中，他将在周末的三场演出中用音乐将快乐传递给孩子们。
