The Way Back Home, adapted from the globally popular picture book, is a simple yet poetic tale about conquering the fear of the unknown and of the making of a great friendship. When a boy discovers a single-propeller airplane in his closet, he does what any young adventurer would do: he flies to outer space! Millions of miles from Earth, the plane begins to sputter and quake. The fuel tank is empty, and the boy landing on the moon by accident. But as it turns out, even though he is so far from home, he is not alone… 

The Way Back Home is a co-produced by Teater Refleksion (DK) and Branar Téatar (IE), in association with Baboró International Arts Festival for Children.
