The three little pigs decided to build a house after their father asked them: “Should we use our own strength to accomplish something?” And in the appearance of a hungry wolf, what would they do? The very first show of Hikosen Theatre (Japan). The adaption stands out as it presents audience something more humorous and lighthearted. Hikosen brings about a new interpretation on the classic story. The play takes us into a fanciful world filled with gorgeous sets, creatively designed ventriloquist dolls and stunning visual effects. Combining music, dance and a design inspired by Japanese anime, It’s a tale, which teaches important lessons about safety and strangers , but also how through keeping our wits about us and being brave we can in the end outwit the baddies.
